RETURNS
We accept returns or exchanges for all our services within 14 days from the day you placed the order.
Product return requirements:
The item(s) must be in the same condition with tags.
The item(s) must not be worn, washed, or altered.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the item(s) if it does not meet these requirements.
Is the return free of charge?
The shipping costs for returning the item(s) are covered by the customer.
How and where to return the item?
To initiate a return, please write to us at laurakaziukeviciene@gmail.com using the same email address that you used to order the item(s).
We will provide you with the full return address upon contacting us via the specified email.
Once the item(s) are received, you will receive a new item (exchanged) or a full refund (product price excluding shipping costs).
Nebasa.lt is not responsible for lost clothing returns. To return the item(s), we recommend using registered shipping and keeping the shipping information.
How long does it take to return/exchange the item(s)?
Nebasa.lt will respond to your return request within 24 hours.
